Instructions for planning, delivery, Analytics and administration.

Getting started

Set up a workspace, create the first Program and find its saved work.

Before starting

Have the Organization name, work locations, start date and target date ready. Estimate the time the team can spend on this work each week.

How-to guides

Create the first Program

Follow setup from sign-in to a saved Program. The steps shown depend on the selected setup.

  1. Sign in.

Choose Get started on the homepage. A new account opens setup before Program creation. Choose Resume setup to return to a saved draft.

  2. Choose your setup.

Select Pilot, Organization or Service provider. Use Pilot for a small first plan. Use Organization for an internal team, or Service provider for work across customers.

  3. Add an Organization and Sites.

Name the workspace and its work locations. Check the Units and Sites shown before continuing.

  4. Choose the work.

Select a Blueprint as the starting plan, or use the custom Program option. Review its work and choose the Sites where it will run.

  5. Set dates and capacity.

Enter the planning dates and weekly time available. Record work already in place. For a team setup, review the Users, Groups and Roles in Assignments.

  6. Review and create.

Check the Organizations, Programs, Sites, dates and staffing on Review. Read any listed invitations or connection requests. Choose Create program or Create programs, as shown. Wait for the save to finish.

  7. Open the saved Program.

In My Work, open My Programs and select the new Program. Check the Organization and Site, then open Overview to see its work and dates.

Expected result

The Program appears in My Programs and reopens with its saved work. Review its plan, assign work and track progress.

If something goes wrong

If creation reports an error, read the failed step and retry the remaining work. Do not start a second setup to recover the same draft. Check My Programs before creating another copy.

Task reference

Complete Organization onboarding

Complete Organization, Programs and Planning. Organization setup provides five rows in Invite users and Create groups, automatic Role Assignment rows for entered Users, and inline Capacity sources. First name and Last name are retained separately; the Primary Organization and sole Site are automatic. Use the checkmark to save each entry in setup, the pencil to edit it, and Add row at the bottom left for more entries. Invitations and access changes occur after final Review. Review Analysis and all destinations before saving.

Result: Reopen the same Organization and saved Programs. Check membership, scope and assignments; an incomplete draft must remain resumable.

If something goes wrong

Use Resume setup to return to a saved draft. If saving fails, keep the page open and use Retry saving setup. If a newer draft exists, review the warning before choosing Load saved setup. A saved draft is not a created Program.
